[목록에 있는 실행된 클래스를 선택합니다]
[Arguments] - [VM arguments] - text 란에 "-Dfile.encoding=MS949"를 입력해줍니다.
[Common] - [Encoding] - other : EUC-KR을 직접 입력해줍니다.
